“Absolutely fantastic. Their tri-tip is incredible. It is soft but still has a great chew to it. It reminds me of the texture of a really good roast. Great beef flavor, perfect salt, and the right amount of smoke. Definitely a must try.

Their ribs and beans are also standouts, but everything I've had from multiple visits has been consistent and excellent. A much needed addition to Alpine's eateries.“

“The brisket was really good with just the right amount of smoke. The coleslaw and Mack & Cheese was good. Also the BBQ sauce was a but plain, but flavorful, went well with the Brisket. It just took longer than expected to get the food order, and all they have is canned drinks.

My wife got their Frito Pie which used the spiral Fritos. I had a taste of that and definitely would have ordered.“
