Ordered brisket and sausage. Both were cooked to perfection. The weather here has been messy and as any pitmaster knows, managing a fire - the key to brisket success - in rainy and damp weather can break your cook. Ethan jammed on right through it and everything was outstanding! I eat here every time I come to Alpine and will only miss him on the days he's closed.
We always try to stop in on our way to our property in Terlingua or on our way home to Fort Worth. This is the best BBQ we have found in Texas!!! No sauce needed on the ribs but he has some homemade if you must!
