The weather here has been messy and as any pitmaster knows, managing a fire - the key to brisket success - in rainy and damp weather can break your cook. Ethan jammed on right through it and everything was outstanding! I eat here every time I come to Alpine and will only miss him on the days he's closed.“

“Visiting a friend in Alpine. While they were at work, I looked for a place to eat. I wanted BBQ and chose this location. I got the brisket, sausage, mac & cheese and coleslaw. Ordering was easy and the lady taking my order was very nice. I received my food in a decent amount of time and everything was good.“
