Came here all the time when we first moved to Alvarado 2 years ago and the food was great. Hot, fresh, and great portion sizes. But recently, not sure if they got a new cook or what, I’ve received lukewarm food and when I send it back to get a warmer plate, the portions are much smaller than the first time around. The serving staff is great but back of house is unfortunately ruining the service.

This is a fantastic restaurant portions are great, prices are 25% less than Burleson restaurants and the service is great 👍. One thing that stands out is they don't salt or oversalt your food. No garlic in their breakfast gravy and they have homemade deserts. Of course being Alvarado there is hardly a wait with plenty of parking.

Welcoming, spacious, clean and neat place to eat and no long wait for your food! We ordered the country fried steak and were impressed with the generous, hot, fresh and delicious choice as were the breakfast tacos. Our kids had the nutella and banana french toast was nicely grilled with crispy edges. We also enjoyed the Denver omelette with fruit and sourdough toast. Count on restrooms smelling fresh and clean. The staff is kind, welcoming and assertive, thanks Chelsea! This place is a must visit!
