We used to come to this location in Burleson almost every Saturday before we went shopping until, one day, we asked for some supreme nachos, or however they call it on the menu, the point is, these nachos meat was passed expired, I'm a professional cook and I know the smells of everything unfortunately for them, I could smell it before she even placed it on our table, it had NO tomatoes, NO jalapeños, and NONE of the ingredients on top of the meat like it shows on the advertisement pluse the smell of rotten meat was what did it for me, my husband as usual 😒 was going to grab one chip to taste and I told him to not even think about it, I asked him if he can't smell that meat it's rotten? he doesn't cuz he has allergies in the mornings. Anyways, that was our last visit to this location. Although, the location in Mansfield, next to the school busses parking lot, it has the BEST of the best nachos and all great, service, food, drinks, breakfast and all its a great location to go eat. Nachos are BOMB there, you won't regret having nachos there.

The lady checking people out was rude. I have well behaved children that are 5 and 7 and they wanted to look at the Christmas tree. My smallest who is 5 gently put her hand on it just to feel it and the lady I guess who is a professional decorator and appointed by god took it upon her self to tell my kids to not touch the ugly ass Halloween tree. This isn’t the Gaylord Texan. Won’t be coming back here 😂 if I truly felt as though my kids were being unruly I would say something. By my child just gently felt it.

Very accommodating staff members. It felt nice and cold inside. Late night staff were energetic and friendly. Food came out as soon as we sat down. Clean restaurant and plenty of seating. Good was hot when served. Well not the fries. But we didn't mind.
Like any other DQ, any difference is the customer service from the young man blonde hair in pony tail & black Nike hoodie is phenomenal. He made our typical fast food dine in experience a 5 star meal feel. Very kind , and fast ! DQ managers did a great job hiring this young man!
