Ruedas is a great dining place to eat. It’s a lovely atmosphere, friendly and quick service. The mole and the salsa was delicious! I will definitely come again next time I’m in Alvarado!

Poor slow service, and not very friendly. We had to continue to ask for more water, chips and hot sauce. The building was very hot and my food was cold. I do not recommend this place and I won’t be going back.😤

I always want to support local chains, but for the price, the rice was a little bland. The salsa is really thin, the taco meat was dry, the queso was basically melted white cheese and not much else. The charro beans were probably the best thing. I liked the mole, but not much else was worth the $70 bill at the end.
