My mom and I went inside to place our order. When we went in we were told that they would not take her order we had to use the kiosk. My mom refuses to use a kiosk it is hard to understand even for myself (they have combo meals listed but the numbers are not on the kiosks.) We ask again and we were told we would have to use the kiosk. A note the kiosks at this Taco Bell are very dirty and look like they're rarely wiped down. Then we were told a host would come out an assist us. A lady came out and was very friendly and helpful but she was wheelchair-bound and I found it very unfair that she tried to come from the back up front into the lobby and her wheelchair was moving the front counter because there wasn't enough space I find that very wrong. I just don't understand why we are forced to use a kiosk to place an order what if we had cash they would still have to go to the register.. and if you want a receipt you still have to go to the front and get a receipt. While we were placing our order with the assistance of an employee you could hear the manager mumbling about us not using the kiosk she was very upset that we would not do it her way. I know we are not the only ones that don't like to use these machines there are elderly that don't want to or don't know how... And there are other people that don't like to use them either like myself. I don't know why we felt like such an inconvenience to the manager.... This is not acceptable from such a large company..... I have also contacted corporate.. thank you

They forgot to open the door at 9am and we were knocking the door. The food was okay and they don't have hashbrowns, we went explicitly for it. Disappointed

Theres a reason the line is wrapped around MCDONALDS & not TACO BELL. Don’t waste your money or time, horrible service food thrown together & attitude! I would post a picture of the food BUT INSTANTLY GOT A REFUND!

This is the same issue all the time at this location I bought two beef supreme chalupas and lord so steal, and hard you can tell that it been sitting there for a long time . How dare them to even serve it, if you would not eat it then why sell it and you can’t say you didn’t know because you touch it and prepare it . You can tell in the picture how dried out it is

Worst soft tacos I have ever bought from any taco bell. They were so bad that the whole bottom of the paper bag was soaking wet. Almost made a whole in the bag when I picked it up. I'm not coming back. WORST EXPERIENCE. SPENT JUST OVER $20 AND COULDNT EAT A WHOLE TACO. I was gagging they were so bad. My husband also is experiencing upset stomach from 1 taco

Took a while to get service. They wanted me to use their stupid self serve crap. I am not trained on their registers and do not feel like I should have to train myself. The person that came out to assist me was very understanding to that and helped me with good people skills however, I will not be back.

Unless u want to check urself out then just go to drive tru cause inside they have about five kiosk and they expect you to do their job. Their customer service sucks as well they just ignore people that walk in and have no training on how to greet a customer. The soda machine was out of everything except pepsi. This taco bell has really gone down hill.

I entered to exchange $3.24 for a taco, not a kiosk operation lesson. A young girl takes the dollars and a quarter, then begins to walk me through the process. I take my money back and leave. TO THE OWNER: I will never go back to your business.
