Waited a 1 and they messed my order up and had to wait another 30 minutes to get my missing food employees were rude slamming things when I told them.

Check bag(s) before leaving! Ordered a large… where are the fries? I’d rather wait and get what I paid for than have quick service with smaller portions than I ordered. Food tastes good though.
The food was same/similar to other locations. The staff took a while to acknowledge that we were there at the counter that I was about to walk out right when someone came to the counter. We needed a quick stop that took longer than needed.

Was going to get food for me and my brother and when I came in to order, i ordered a couple of tacos and some random worker was just like “no” being super rude. Hire better people, or make sure some people never make interactions.

It's Taco Bell!! Ordered 10 quesadillas yesterday ...very little filling .. Dissapointed. Again burrito today ...smaller smallest portions .

My bean burrito was the size of a cheese roll up what's up with that!!!! I get bean burritos all time from there who is making the food because it sucks!!!!
I work late so usually go by late to grab something to eat on my way home, for the past two weeks they are out of EVERYTHING. Tonight they answered the speaker with “welcome to Taco Bell just so you know we are out of everything” , they couldn’t even make a taco, then why are you open? Same thing last night, my question is if your out of everything, why advertise that your open late? Just close. Very disappointed!
Ordered a chicken cantina bowl for my wife at lunch and a cravings box for myself. I live about 1 mile from the TB and my wife notices that her food is cold and it's significantly smaller portions that what it has been in the recent past. My cravings box was still warm but hers was basically room temp.

Took to long to get order and it was incomplete missing ice my son is almost done eating and I had to go back and wait 5 minutes foe them to come and ask what I needed when we had told them about the missing ice.
I girl did made it right away but a guy who we told before never made it.

I used to work there and that was a time when everyone for the most part cared and work got done. I used to be a shift lead there, and I got to the point where I really loved my job, but we got a new store manager and all the sudden the atmosphere got real, black, real ugly, very ominous along with a general manager (Which is the store manager) We had received another assistant manager. That in itself was it totally different story, but they came in, but nobody believe everything‘s copacetic, but they could care less about anyone who worked there prior to them coming aboard. They only cared about the ones they personally hired and they didn’t care about properly training those that didn’t have the proper training due to we were without a general manager/store manager For about eight months .
Now let’s move onto the food side of it. I have not eaten there since I quit there and I finally ate there after three months and tell me why all three of my family members that had Taco Bell got food poisoning two days. It was horrible. It was bad too days Food poisoning do not go there. The atmosphere sucks. The employees suck and I don’t care about the customers. All they care about is pushing that time and pushing food out whether it’s right or wrong. I’m just being honest 100%.

Workers are forcing guests to use kiosk and won’t take our order. Second time we have had this happen. Kiosks are not for us nor will they ever be. I put these in the same catagory as self checkout. If I wanted to place an order at a kiosk I would’ve utilized online ordering. We won’t be back. Poor service is where our experience starts and this was not a good experience.
