I don't do drive thru or fast food places for a reason. Sub par food cooked poorly. Although the advertising campaign produced for Whataburger caught on nicely, I cannot speak kindly of Whataburger s products.In The State of Texas, people Revere this awful, poorly prepared stuff that passes as " must have" and " the best!" Nope. Tried a few times to be sure. Ended up throwing it away.I'll not be a popular critic on this one, but...truth hurts.

The sweet & spicy burger was good but the fries were over cooked and warm. I didn't make a big deal about it. I just took the old fries back in to show them and I asked if I could get some fresh fries. The cashier asked the lady wearing a grey Whataburger shirt if I could get fresh fries because the one's I have gotten were over cooked and cold. The grey shirt lady argued to loud enough for me to hear that the fries wear freshly made. And she didn't make fresh fries for me. She just kept talking loud about it for a few minutes. Then finally the cashier got a new order of fries for me.This was about 12:07 pm on 4/21/2024

Can't complain about their food it's always awesome. But if you go there after work like I do after 11:00 p.m. you're going to wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes. But if you like Whataburger it's worth it

The food was great. But service was off, way off. Stopped by with church friends and one group order some fish and the order was forgotten or given to the drive thru. Our friends waited nearly 45 min b3fore they got their food.
Dont bother doing curbside in the morning. Waited over 30 minutes before I and another curbside had to walk in and collect our own COLD food.Food just sitting there but everyone too damn lazy to walk it out. Drivethru had been empty for several minutes which made it obvious my food was never coming.

Been sitting in the drivethru for 28 minutes for 2 burgers, a large fries, and large drink. Ridiculous. Won't be back unless I absolutely have to.

Whataburger is slow always has been, always will be. It's made to order. I get that so I expect to wait.What gets me is the manager there today when I brought my family in after church.I believe his name was James.You could literally feel the tension in the air by the way he was treating his staff! Completely uncalled for and it doesn't look good to customers like myself!This is fast food..it's hard work, it's hectic but to yell like he was is completely ridiculous. This is one reason why you have a high turnover rate!!Low wages and impossible mangers that think yelling is the way to run a store.NO IT'S NOT!Manager James needs to find a new line of work from what I seen today.Awful!

Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo and a tiny bit of lettuce. The cashier requested the order back to me twice. Ended up getting a burger with mustard only, and LOADED with pickles, onions, and tomatoes. Atmosphere was overall nice, but some guy can't and interrupted my meal with a friend who I hadnt't seen in 15 years to tell me I needed to go move my car RIGHT that minute because they decided to pressure wash the parking lot. There were no signs posted or any indicators that a cleaning crew would be coming through at any time in the area what I was parked. They already started spraying as I tried to make my way to my car and got me wet.
The woman running the register was the single blight that causes this place grief she was rude unresponsive and was arguing with her manager infront of customers. Other than that good food.

The lady that took my order was really nice and she actually gave me some good pointers on how to make it all the way to my house in Dallas so that’s up when it comes to keeping my food hot all the way home because you know sometimes we buy food and we don’t live close and by time we get home the food is cold, but it’s not their fault. It’s our fault so.
Went in at 5 am and finally got waited on. They did not have coffee made. Brought out my food. 45 minutes later brought out a cup of coffee. Other people came in and left because they didn't wait on them. Seams like thay only care about the drive through. Heavy set guy with blue hat very lazy and unhelpful. Later the manager got there and he started working.
