“Mr Craig Newman, operator of the Alvin Chick-Fil-A, appears to be a caring, kind, friendly, and hardworking individual…and his team seems to adore him. I may have caught them on good days, so it could just be coincidence…I don’t think so. Theresa, his Director and right arm, seems to be highly structured and caring towards customers and in support of their team. She keeps the store on course. There have been times where I’ve complimented a team member on her jacket whilst in the the drive through. I told her it — her jacket — looked warm on a frosty day. She replied, “Thank you! My operator (Mr Newman) got it for me and even embroidered my name on it,” as she beamed with pride. The team members here don’t look like they show up just to collect a paycheck. They are invested. That attitude and focus on service comes from the top down. It’s an orderly and friendly restaurant and we’ve always felt welcomed. Great job, Mr Newman! Oh, and did I mention that we don’t even live in Alvin? Our town has a Chick-Fil-A, too. Our local Chick-Fil-A has great food and feels more transactional. Mr Newman’s store has more heart.“

“Great customer service! I had placed my order on the app about 10 minutes before arriving because I was in a hurry. When I got to the drive-thru, there was a bit of a wait, but the team made up for it by including an extra 4-piece nugget in my order. It was a thoughtful gesture that really showed they care about their customers. Thank you, Burger King, for going the extra mile!“

“EVERYTHING is fantastic here! My parents were married in 1963 in Freeport. They honeymooned in Galveston. They drove through Alvin and stopped at Dairyland on the way. Since they were teenagers they drank Cherry Dr Pepper and they said Dairyland has 1 of the best! We moved to Alvin in 1977. I have been going to Dairyland and eating and hanging out for the last 45 yrs!! I have had everything on the menu and it’s all good! There is not a teenager from Alvin that hasn’t eaten and hung out here since 1960!!“

“The best McDonald's in Alvin in my opinion.
I mean don't get me wrong McDonald's is McDonald's.
It's not 5 star food.
But this locations specifically always has the freshest food when I order! Fries and burgers are always hot and not thrown together like they honestly could care less.
The drive thru is always very fast as well!“

“I used the drive thru, but the parking lot and drive thru was clean, food was exactly like every other Taco Bell, cookie cutter, I like that about fast food. Service took longer than expected due to a moron in a red Prius in front of me. But other than that all good.“

“We came to this location after visiting my Mom and from the time we got into the restaurant, the staff gave us their undivided attention. Everything was spot on. Great food, friendly atmosphere. The place was clean. The two ladies there went the distance to make sure everything went well. 💯% satisfied. We'll definitely come back.“

“This place was extremely busy because of the 75-cent Whataburger deal. They did get a couple things wrong like not putting cheese on our burgers and it took an hour to get my food but it's not usually like that it's just because they had a super good deal going on for their 75th anniversary“

“I will stop at this location on my way to work and it's kind of out in the middle of nowhere but the people there are always so nice it's never really that crowded you can get in and get out and you always get a good consistent level on the food. One thing that is nice about this place is for some reason locations around this area tend to be out of ingredients quite a bit at this place always has everything.“
