“So I have drove past malt n burger for 25 years. Never stopped probably because it doesn’t look like the best place. I seen a post on the Facebook machine and they said how good it was and a great Philly. So today I stopped to pick up a Philly. Well they did not disappoint. I also went into the building to pick up and it was very nice inside don’t judge a book by its cover. I will be back many times and I will try the burger next. A PLUS rating from me.“

“Mr Craig Newman, operator of the Alvin Chick-Fil-A, appears to be a caring, kind, friendly, and hardworking individual…and his team seems to adore him. I may have caught them on good days, so it could just be coincidence…I don’t think so. Theresa, his Director and right arm, seems to be highly structured and caring towards customers and in support of their team. She keeps the store on course. There have been times where I’ve complimented a team member on her jacket whilst in the the drive through. I told her it — her jacket — looked warm on a frosty day. She replied, “Thank you! My operator (Mr Newman) got it for me and even embroidered my name on it,” as she beamed with pride. The team members here don’t look like they show up just to collect a paycheck. They are invested. That attitude and focus on service comes from the top down. It’s an orderly and friendly restaurant and we’ve always felt welcomed. Great job, Mr Newman! Oh, and did I mention that we don’t even live in Alvin? Our town has a Chick-Fil-A, too. Our local Chick-Fil-A has great food and feels more transactional. Mr Newman’s store has more heart.“

“Great customer service! I had placed my order on the app about 10 minutes before arriving because I was in a hurry. When I got to the drive-thru, there was a bit of a wait, but the team made up for it by including an extra 4-piece nugget in my order. It was a thoughtful gesture that really showed they care about their customers. Thank you, Burger King, for going the extra mile!“

“EVERYTHING is fantastic here! My parents were married in 1963 in Freeport. They honeymooned in Galveston. They drove through Alvin and stopped at Dairyland on the way. Since they were teenagers they drank Cherry Dr Pepper and they said Dairyland has 1 of the best! We moved to Alvin in 1977. I have been going to Dairyland and eating and hanging out for the last 45 yrs!! I have had everything on the menu and it’s all good! There is not a teenager from Alvin that hasn’t eaten and hung out here since 1960!!“

“I used the drive thru, but the parking lot and drive thru was clean, food was exactly like every other Taco Bell, cookie cutter, I like that about fast food. Service took longer than expected due to a moron in a red Prius in front of me. But other than that all good.“

“Hopefully this reaches whoever owns this place. The young man you had working around 7pm on 9/4/24 was an absolute sandwich beast. Working by himself he was working through a long line and multiple online orders with precision and efficiency. He did it all with absolute professionalism and a great idea. “I will stop at this location on my way to work and it's kind of out in the middle of nowhere but the people there are always so nice it's never really that crowded you can get in and get out and you always get a good consistent level on the food. One thing that is nice about this place is for some reason locations around this area tend to be out of ingredients quite a bit at this place always has everything.“

“We stopped coming here this summer because it looked really bad and not clean. Today we saw the employee cleaning the windows and figured they got new employees. It's extremely clean and everything looks great. The bread and veggies were fresh!! We will be coming back for sure! Good job Subway!!“

“It's always hit or miss, but usually on them drunk party nights, whataburger always seems to hit different, almost like they take better care of the food late night than morning day... If you ever decide to eat fast food, always go during lunch hours or dinner hours for fresh food, or like me at late night drunk hours🤣🤣🤣“

“Not sure if the ladies name up front but I believe she was a manager but she was and is ALWAYS so polite and nice. Order is always done right and taste great. I forgot to at to my pick up order extra bbq sauce for my bbq pizza and when I went back in 10 mins later to buy them I had my card in my hand as I had no cash at the moment and she handed them to me and said no worries. As bad as things have gotten the last 4 years with customer service and price increases it’s refreshing to know Pizza Hut and pizza places are doing their best to keep prices down and great service. At least my local Pizza Hut is doing so. It means a lot to me at least, even if it’s 2 cups of bbw sauce.“
