The staff are very nice and friendly, I’m not here to give them a bad rating. The food is the problem because I ordered here for my mother, sister and I for dinner. The food is so greasy and it gave us all indigestion hours after eating it. I wouldn’t recommend their food but their employees are super friendly.

I went through the drive thru and told them I had a coupon for a 14 PC drum and thigh meal, the man told me that they don't have it in store and would have to order it online and come back to pick it up?????!!! What??? That makes NO sense, you don't have chicken at a restaurant that serves mainly chicken? It only appears if I order it online? Sure dude 🙄

If you want good Kentucky Fried Chicken skip this place we were there when they opened at 11 o'clock and the chicken was from the Day beforeof they Refried it and served it to us he did not taste anything like Kentucky. Fried chicken save your money this place sucks and we were the only 2 people in the place, Boo-stink -Pu😳

This is what they gave my grandma for a 12 piece nuggets but I called corporate and they sent me a $20 voucher for her to have a complete meal lol

Went in 10 minutes before the lobby closed and was rushed to eat our food and leave because they needed to clean! The african guy wearing a red autozone tshirt and the indian guy were very rude. Mind you it took them 25 minutes to make our food that i had order online before we arrived! We had some pieces of raw chicken and cold mac and cheese but thats probably because they were trying to rush to get us out! No location rushes there customers out till they are done and ready to leave!! The lazy african shouldnt be working if he has to be rushing people so he can go home. The spanish girl there was more comprehendible and nice!

Definitely don’t go within the hour of closing. It’s obvious they won’t cook anything made to order, my chicken sandwich was cold and old, the fries were also old and hard and only half filled as if they were sparing them not have have to cook more for the night. Even my drink was only 3/4 filled.
