I just don’t understand why employees don’t care.. why managers on duty don’t care.

You spend $50-60 per order they get it wrong and guess what…. You call 6 times and no answer.

Normally, this place is very good, but today, they closed the lobby prematurely (usually closed at 10 on Sundays, but I arrived at 8), so we used the drive-through. The man on the intercom was mumbling and took at least 20 second pauses, almost getting our order completely wrong. They had to get another person on who got our order flawlessly, but when we got the food, some of the fries were extremely overcooked, some being straight up burnt.
