I wanted my little chai latte to make the hard day I was having a little bit better but the lady who gave me my order was very rude . She was very snotty and sarcastic she told me I “no you don’t have any points” and I said I have 25 and she said “yeah well that’s not enough so “ but I always use my 25 points for milk. Every single barista lets me , I don’t who peed in her cheerios but if you go there make sure the bigger girl with the mask and glasses isn’t there...
I went in due to a long line in the drive thru. I waited almost 25 minutes for a venti iced coffee. The lady in charge of the inside was way behind, she was doing all kinds of drinks but there were 3 other people ,I didn't see any communication between them, she was also putting drinks that belong to the drive thru in the inside servicearea, the guy in the drive thru was just taking orders., I should have stayed at the drive thru. I think Starbucks should also prioritize...
