If I could do negative star I would I placed an online order went in to pick up made sure I had cash in my wallet to tip before I walked in.i said hello I’m picking up an order and snapped at me and said “what” I said I need to pick up a order and stated my name she pointed and said uh it’s over there and then I had to ask for my cups to go make my own drinks. She clearly had an attitude I have no idea why..got home tea tastes sour food is slopped on the sandwich needless to say we won’t be going back! I work in customer service and that’s unacceptable

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I walked in and these girl came in right behind me in total there were 5 of use that walked in. The MANGER yelled at me and asked how many sandwiches I need. I politely let her know that just because we walked in at the same time does not mean that we are all with eachother. She also proceeds to yell at the people under her and the most disgusting way possible because she didn’t know what sandwich he made. I truly honestly hope management gets this under control because she is not management
Absolutely horrible service. We will never return. Girl who took our order was extremely rude and gave major attitude when asking which bread we were getting for our 5 sandwiches. This isn’t the first time but definitely the last chance we give this location.

I don’t normally give reviews, but after 3 times going and it seemed to be worse each time, I had to at least say something. If it’s after 6pm don’t expect good service. Slow at taking orders, won’t have any of the food products, and overall bad attitudes from the 1 or sometimes 2 workers.

The two Hispanic women were laughing for not saying the name of a bread correctly when their English really sucks too ,especially one of them has a Puerto Rican accent #subway alvin They have to do something about it.

The 2 Hispanic women on the line making fun of my English accent!!! I told her please don't laugh at me and she started yelling at me. How is it possible that a person who is serving customers can behave like that? I will never go to that place again!!! Please, gentlemen, pay attention to your staff. Went to subway and bought 2 subs and a churro. Bread was hard, cheese was old and didn't melt even though it was toasted. Churro was hard like a rock. The coke was pure water. Please be careful if you go. I will definitely not go again. ?

Be careful going to this location. Employees are constantly angry. Last time my son and I stopped by, the guy was slamming things the whole time he helped us. So we started using the app. I always get the same sandwich, and the app is great for that because you can save it and reorder it any time. Today I received an over toasted sub. About 30% of the bread was abnormally rock hard. I went back for a replacement and was that just the most horrific experience. Manager, began auguring with me from the start and I simply kept telling her I didn't want to argue. In the middle of the ordeal one of the male employees yells at me and looks at me like he's about to jump over the counter and start beating on me. I'm not even sure what I've done wrong since I didn't ask for free food only a replacement or refund if they didn't want to remake it, but it seems like they need some kind of excitement or something. Not sure, but what I do know is a sandwich is not worth getting possibly assaulted by an employee for not liking their product, or going to jail for something stupid that gets out of hand. Keep you sandwich guys it's not that big of a deal. From other reviews seem to be the same lady causing a lot of the problems at this location. No wonder she acts the way she does as some of the reviews go back two years. I guess the district manager doesn't care about the bottom line of making money.
