We had dinner with a business associate here during our stay. The truffle fries were so good! I had the prosciutto tomato salad and was not disappointed! It was so fresh and delicious! My husband and his business partner had the ribeye and they were both very satisfied. The waitress was so nice and attentive. I definitely recommend trying it if you’re staying at Embassy Suites…even if you’re not!

This is my second time to stay at the Embassy suites in Amarillo and we decided to dine in at 1887 again. Our first experience was just as great as this time around. Tuesday afternoon for dinner, Devin was our server (the only one), and he was more than fantastic! Our water glasses were never empty! When I asked about locally brewed ale, he made a great suggestion and it was a very tasty ipa brewed in the panhandle. Our party enjoyed the parmesean truffle fries, BBQ wings, steak,...

My friend and I went before the concert. The young lady serving us was sweet and helpful. We chose the 1887 pizza, we weren't sure what to expect but it was wonderful. Neither of us had ever had BBQ sauce on pizza, but wow!. It was delicious and full of toppings and the crust was amazing. We are already planning on ordering it again for our next concert (or maybe before). We shared the pizza and we were both full. The cost was about what you would pay anywhere.
