Came on Memorial Day 2024 from out of state. The lady working the counter wasn’t too friendly. She kept yelling at her coworkers in the back. Seemed to be having a bad day. Food was good, but it did take about 10 minutes to receive it after placing my order. Not sure I’d come back to this location again if passing through Amarillo.

I did have initial complaint about the restaurant on being slow but after the GM/owner reached out to me the same day. She was able to fix the problem and apologize about the situation, so big credit and thx to them.

Made my food to go instead of for here. When I asked is this for here? she said everything is made the same to go. Then why ask? The roast beef and cheddar did not taste fresh or like the ones from other Arby's.
