They seemed under staffed and a longish line in the drive through.Had some very hungry kids in the drive through and Kristin(Krystin?) was kind and engaging to the point of giving us a few fries for the little ones to munch on while we waited. It’s never expected and a rare treat to get actual top notch customer service from a fast food joint. The food was good but the service was even better!
Food was ok but the one who took my order put Spicy down and in the back didn't get it right r can't read was not happy took it back and stood there no one helped so we left. So in return I can only give 2 stars and say Popeye yall went down hill won't be back. And sad part is I love ur beans &

I ordered through the drive thru and it was clear they didn’t care how to handle my food. It was just thrown in the bag. I had to reassemble my sandwich w sauce everywhere. I received like 9 fries after ordering a medium combo. This is the second time I’ve come and received poor service. Regardless how busy I’d expect better.
