50 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Amarillo

“Disappointed in my favorite go to place when I am in Amarillo I did the drive through for the first time. Called in the order. Not good. Threw my burrito away. Thought my fault for not just going in. Yesterday in Amarillo Got the edible salad Lettuce was not even chilled. It was room temp. Ruined the whole salad. Bought a large container of the spicy ranch and a big bad of chips. When I got home and sat down to enjoy the spicy ranch and chips the Spicy Ranch was like water! So disappointed, please don’t start going downhill. I love y’all’s food. Keep your quality. It’s definitely having a few issues“

“extremely great staff. good chili dogs.“

“The friendly service n the chicken fingers where great loved them oh n the ice omg crunchy love it thank for the great service people of Raising Cane's thumbs up 👍👍💕“

“Just like Sonic with a different name!
I recommend the munchers. It's a jalapeno with hasbrown type deal. Not too spicy but good.
Burgers are made like Sonics too. Drank a root beer with cream... Only they forgot the cream. I've had them before and always good. No tables inside or out but they do have meal specials. All good is made to order so be ready to wait. They also go in order.“

“Great food pleasant and helpful employees! Every time I come through Amarillo I will be stopping here to eat...“

“Love Taco villa however I asked for two combo burritos today and was asked if I wanted hot sauce and I replied yes four? Then she seemed confused and said red sauce or green sauce on your burrito and I said no I met four hot sauce. Needless to say I ended up with two combo burritos with no sauce due to poor communication between me and the person on the speaker. 😑 (location) west county (Time) 11:20“

“Eric greeted us with exceptional people skills, took our order, politely refilled our drink while being Very busy with customers, he was a 12 out of 10 for our dining experience at this local. Someone needs to give this young Man raise! 😊“

“🥰I love your chicken. If I changed anything I wish you would offer gravy with your chicken. Not crazy about the sauce but gravy would be perfect with your great chicken tenders. Please consider the Gravy.. Thank you..“

“delicious, fast, and worth the price!“

“Very good 👍 ร้านสะดวกสะบายแถมสะอาด“

“Delicious food and great customer service! Visiting from New Mexico and would definitely come back for Slim Chickens 😁🐔“

“7 little pieces of chicken in a $15 chicken dinner? 🤣 come on, y'all! what happened to Hud“

“Our first time eating here was great 👍“

“if u like hot I suggestcajun fries We always share a order cuz fries are so big“

“Service in drive thru was fast and very friendly !! Was asked if we needed any condiments and repeated our order as we ordered it !! Lady in drive thru looked descendent look trashy !! Which was a plus !! She was very sweet and service was done in a professional manor !!“

“I had lunch here, and I am amazed that there is so much traffic through the drive-thru and they find such efficient and polite young people to handle it. I personally think the food is overrated, but what do I know. They obviously have a tremendous following.“

“Their banana splits are the best I've ever had in my life. I'm pregeaser years old. In the last two months, I've had four of them! I also discovered that if you ask, you can choose different ice cream flavors instead of the standard ones. That makes an already amazing banana split even better than I thought possible! I also really like the burgers, rings and fries. Ask for Braum sauce to put on the burger or fries. They blow away the big chain fast food drive ups and they give you more food for the price.“

“no, no, no and no! I was sent these images from a prior team member that just quit. Concerned for the way they manage the store he sent them to me. with a guarantee they were sent to the health dept as well. Apparently, the images you will be seeing are from their ice chest and the mold that has gathered over time in their piping and that of meat that is browning. Please be cautious if eating here!“

“I was starving and the food was delicious!! There was no wait time and arrived IMMEDIATELY, Kimberly was amazing and fulfilled all of me and my families meals. I have a family of 10, and she preformed BEAUTIFULLY. Me and my children and my grandbabies will be eating here for the rest of our lives. Delicious food, beautiful service, and such a wonderful worker, love Kimberly she deserves a raise!!“

“I had an amazing experience ordering from this restaurant everything was ready in a timely manner, and don’t get me started on the service!! the folks who work at this location are always very kind and friendly my order was made to perfection! I’ll be ordering here from now on! Thank you Pizza Hut on 24th and grand!!! We will see you soon.“

“Staff was nice and helpful from the first reservation questions to the end of the baby shower. We had a whole family event with about 20. Loved how we were able to decorate the room and everything went perfectly. Our guests had a good time choosing food on the buffet. Enjoyed everything from salad, pizza sticks, pizza and ice cream. Best party place around! Thank you!“

“Great food and great service. All our food was piping hot and delicious. Our server was super nice as well. The only negative about this entire experience, is the parking is not great, and you have to exit to the right whenever leaving the parking lot - which is horrible at 5:00 and even worse when you're visiting from the interstate.“

“Moved from Amarillo to Lubbock biggest suprise of my life. Where did the Home Plates dinners go. They all closed. People in Amarillo don't know how lucky they are.“

“We had the Lunch Buffet 07/29 and the experience deserves more than the 5 Stars we can give. From the moment we stepped foot inside, the cleanliness and customer service set the tone. The food was hot and fresh with a great rotation with nothing sitting empty or for too long. The staff kept up with drink refills and updates on when items were coming out. The entire staff from the front of house to the kitchen should all be recognized. Thank you for a great dining experience and we will definitely be back. Side note, they were playing some cool jams. Lol“

“good food. birria could use more flavor but still very good, prices arent outrageous“

“Great place! Good job to the whole team.“

“From The Second We Walked in Here we knew we were in for a Treat! Baked Potatoes, Burgers, Cheese Fries,, A Great Choice of Teas,,,, AND, Some of the Best Root Beer and Cream Soda I've Had! Ordered the Mushroom Swiss Add American and A Loaded Baked Potato! Did I mention they have a Veggie bar to dress Burgers the way you Want? Forgot Gentleman's Name that Greeted and Took our Order but if bet he was Owner or Manager! Knew it was our First time and made sure we didn't leave Un-Satisfied!!!!! Will Definitely Be Back for Me,,,Because Unfortunately.... We couldn't order the Whole Menu lol! A MUST TRY!!!!“

“Pulled thru the drive thru ordered 12 tacos, it was taco Tuesday. Pretty busy had a couple cars in front of me, get up to the window, paid my ticket and the guy working the window ask me to pull around front and they would have my order right out, so I did. My daughter was in the car with me and we noticed it had been over 5 mins. I went in they were just sitting there I got up to the register and told the girl my order, she check 3 boxes and put them in a bag, I also told her I had been waiting out front over 5 mins and if my tacos were soggy I was calling them. Sure enough got home and the bottoms fell out and they shorted me 3 tacos. I didn't call that night I waited til after the lunch rush the next day. I spoke with the manager Leila, she took my name and I kept my receipt with her name on it and she said she would remake our order, well of course we didn't want them 2 nights in a row, so I went in Friday after work and picked them up, they were the best tacos we had ever got, fresh, crunchy, and full! That's why we love their tacos, they fill them up! So a big shout out to Leila for making it right!!“

“This was the nicest LJS I've ever been in. Very modern. Not the outdated design from the 80s most still have. The battery was crisper than any I've ever had. I prefer the other way, but this was still really good. Very friendly service too. The only slightly negative this was the dining room was pretty cold. But I get it, if you get the kitchen cool enough then the dining room is freezing. It did not distract from the food or service. Well done.“

“Love me some Arbys. Wish they had one in Gallup , New Mexico. So I got to fill er up when I am in Texas !!!“

“My wife and I grabbed some ice cream after lunch. I got a Biscoff blizzard and my wife got a hot fudge sundae with peanuts. The Biscoff blizzard was very light and seemed a little bland. The hot fudge sundae was great as always. The service at the drive thru was great and the attendants had good demeanors.“

“I love Firehouse Subs, whether I'm ordering their specialty sandwiches or their regular ones; I feel like I die a little if I don't eat there for a while. Hopefully, I will get my vehicle back soon after it was wrongly repossessed so I can enjoy Firehouse Subs again!“

“Pizza stayed fresh, the salad bar was stocked and clean , Christina was great hostess and kept the place clean.“

“The tacos were delicious and at a reasonable price“

“I had an amazing experience at Subway, and I have to give a shoutout to Mary! She was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and made sure my sandwich was perfect. The sub was big, packed with fresh ingredients, and tasted delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially if Mary is there to make my order!“

“always good as long as you don't go to the sonic in canyon tx“

“Good and good food plan on returning soon !“

“The short time I ate in there were two people who asked me if I needed anything and that goes along way especially when they were packed!!
Kudos to the entire staff! The restrooms were super clean and the toiletries were well stocked.“

“Great food and great service.“

“Let me tell you about my love for this Arby's. I come here on my lunch break pretty often because its right by my work. These people are working SO HARD. They stay so busy and always have my food done correct and quickly. Its always hot and fresh. The manager here seriously has their team working so smoothly and efficiently. I always have a good time here and the one time they did mess up my order it was like nothing, they fixed it right away no problems at all. These guys are great up here. ❤️🎉“

“The manager and crew were extremely friendly and helpful…very clean place. We were passing thru and glad we stopped there. Always great to have friendly staff They ask for a name for our order then addressed my husband by his name when speaking to him. If we lived in the area this would be a place we would frequent….thanks for your friendliness! Dec 29 2022“

“You’d think I’d learn my lesson. But this location is always out of chicken. Can you imagine!! Then you place and order and the staff is very unfriendly and then they don’t understand English. Don’t get me wrong because I’m Hispanic, but goodness owners get your staff trained properly.“

“The guy who helped me with my order last night was very nice . I had a coupon and he didn't understand what it was for thru the Speaker so he kindly went out to my car and looked at the coupon and actually acted like he loved his job! Unlike in the past where i got people who came out with attitude or in a bad mood . I really appreciate this gentleman I didn't get his name all I no is that it was in the evening time around 6ish! He also went back and got me some ketchup cuz it was not in my bag when I checked it and he was more than happy to go get it for me ! I apologized for him having to go back and forth and he just responded it's ok ma'am y'all have a good night with a smile on his face ! We need more people like him.“

“Our go-to pizza place for delivery, however this time I felt like the ham & pineapple pizza I ordered was so overloaded with pineapple (I love pineapple, but even I have my limits) that it completely overwhelmed the pizza. It was as if they tipped the container over and said "oops." I'll still eat it (even though I don't enjoy it this time) and I'll still order from them, but I hope this won't happen again.“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“GREAT EMPLOYEES ON ROSS-Osage. Best food always friendly!! I love this sonic! I always go back bc of how they treat us and make our food fresh every time!!“
