I believe there were 4 or 5 servers that were working and every single one had the absolute greatest manners, even said Yes Ma’am to my toddler! Such a friendly, respectful group that deserves a shout out.“

“Always friendly service. I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner there. Prices always fair. My only complaint is that the French fries are sometimes held under a heat lamp, but they always make fresh ones if you ask me very busy with ice cream business after supper. Grocery prices are lower than supermarkets.“
“Nice little place with excellent service. The service was quick and friendly, the icecream was on point. They didn't go light on toppings either. They have a rewards app that will eventually allow you to order online. Grand opening is August 15!“

“Been going to Coldstone to grab my ice-cream for years now. Always have the best selection of Ice-cream & now with the addition of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, it just adds so many more options to choice from.
Friendly customer service, always feel welcome & with the addition of a second location, I can grab my treats no matter what side of town I'm on.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their Ice-cream fix.“

“Stopped at Braun’s Ice Cream for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The burger and fries were hot and fresh, and it was the perfect way to start the meal. Of course, we had to finish it off with some ice cream, which was great!
What I didn’t expect was that they also carry groceries. They had a nice selection of meats, breads, cheese, fruits, and dairy items. It’s a convenient little stop where you can grab a meal and pick up a few groceries at the same time. Definitely worth stopping in!“

“This was our first visit here, and we were not disappointed! We had loaded baked potatoes and ice cream nachos. Potatoes were amazing and huge! And the ice cream was sooo good! The staff is really friendly and we were able to sample all the flavors of ice cream. We will definitely be back!“

“Im only giving 5 stars is because i go here at least once a week to get a snowcones but this was my first time ever getting a snowcones with a chunk of ice in the middle of it. Love your guys flavors and customer service I just didn't care to have an ice burg in my snowcones“

“This place is Great! We are a family of 6 and we don’t do extra things a lot but this place is Very Reasonable and the Owner and Staff are generally Nice and the atmosphere is Family Friendly!! Definitely a place we will be going back too!!“

“The place is immaculate and has a very cozy cottagecore vibe to it. The staff are very friendly as well and the food is amazing. The second I bit into the almond macaron I drooled. My taste buds couldnt fathom what I had just introduced to them. It is so light and delicate yet packed full of flavour without being crammed full of sugar. These people know exactly what they are doing.“

“Spoke with the female manager at the front counter around 9pm 2 days ago. Very lovely person to meet! Spoke very professionally with amazing recommendations. Talked me in to buying a 4 cheese with bacon and a large shake for a great price! Very clean place and great store options, will come back.“

“This is a classic spot that is always on our must-visit when we swing back by Amarillo. The icecream is always on point and I've never ordered a breakfast sandwich I didn't enjoy.
Sort of an interesting mash up between fast food and comfort food. Their mint chocolate chip ice cream is a classic for a reason!“
“The girl working, Taylor, was the kindest person ever! There was another lady there that had ordered ice cream, she had 3 little kids running around and putting their hands on everything, and taylor was nothing but kind. That other customer left trash everywhere and when she was very nicely told about it she said “I don’t need it” How rude!!! The worker kindly suggested the trash can, which actually was 2 inches to her right. The lady got snippy and the poor worker tried to throw it away for her, but unfortunately she missed. I’m leaving this review because that lady went right up to the glass while the worker was serving other people and looked right at her name tag. I don’t want her to get in trouble!!! People are awful these days.“

“Braum’s is a great stop when you want a simple, satisfying ice cream treat without paying a premium. The ice cream was creamy and fresh-tasting, and the portion size felt generous for the price. I also like that you can grab quick food and dairy items in the same place, which makes it convenient for a stop on the way home. Service was friendly and moved fast even with a line, and the place felt clean and well-run. Overall, a reliable spot for a classic ice cream run.“

“The BEST ice cream in town or around! They have a farm fresh produce and groceries that are all farm produced by there own farms. It was one of my first jobs when I was 16 I'm 31 now and still order the same thing every time I'm there #1 with mint chocolate shake! Update 5-14-26 I'm almost 39 now and I still order the same thing every time! Delicious 😋“
