“The Paleta Bar Amarillo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited here this evening and the team of young adult servers were phenomenal! I believe there were 4 or 5 servers that were working and every single one had the absolute greatest manners, even said Yes Ma’am to my toddler! Such a friendly, respectful group that deserves a shout out.“

“I have been going to Roaster’s for over 20 years. They have always been consistently good, make amazing drinks…but best of all are the baristas. Some of the best customer service in Amarillo…. And definitely the best coffee!!“

“Really great experience. I was very intrigued when the place first opened, and I’m very glad the town I moved to also has one! I think this corporation is going to go far, my only gripe is this specific location is in an awkward area as far as coming or going from the road“

“I just want to let yall know what a great job your GM Shonnie is doing. I had an order delivered last week that was totally incorrect, which is inconvenient but stuff happens. I called and spoke to someone that day and they told me a refund would be issued. I waited a few days because I know sometimes it takes a few days for a bank to issue a refund. So I went in store yesterday to speak to someone about the refund, and Shonnie was extremely apologetic and reassured me that she would get the issue handled quickly for me. After I left the store, she reached out to me to let me know that she was escalating the issue to her superior. The pending deposit in my banking app that I have been waiting for appeared today! I appreciate Shonnie making sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. 5 star customer guarantees i will continue to be a loyal customer!“

“They redeemed themselves from my first somewhat of a bad experience We had the first time! The food was good last time! The service was okay! The attitude from the Female server wasn't! Thanks guys for showing us a good time! And for letting us know one bad apple don't spoil the whole bushel!“

“I arrived at the drive up behind one other car. was in line for 20 min. No one was in the store. there were 3 people working. They finally came on the pa and told me it would take awhile to get food. She was rude. I got to the window and it took about 5 min to get me food. the guy at the window was nice.“
