“I just want to let yall know what a great job your GM Shonnie is doing. I had an order delivered last week that was totally incorrect, which is inconvenient but stuff happens. I called and spoke to someone that day and they told me a refund would be issued. I waited a few days because I know sometimes it takes a few days for a bank to issue a refund. So I went in store yesterday to speak to someone about the refund, and Shonnie was extremely apologetic and reassured me that she would get the issue handled quickly for me. After I left the store, she reached out to me to let me know that she was escalating the issue to her superior. The pending deposit in my banking app that I have been waiting for appeared today! I appreciate Shonnie making sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. 5 star customer guarantees i will continue to be a loyal customer!“

“Absolutely loved Ariella (not sure if that’s how her name is spelled) but she was so sweet and attentive and so very knowledgeable about the menu, I have a lot of intolerances and restrictions and she was so sweet about it and helped me find a drink that worked for me! This was also my first time coming here and had the best experience.“
“The Paleta Bar Amarillo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited here this evening and the team of young adult servers were phenomenal! I believe there were 4 or 5 servers that were working and every single one had the absolute greatest manners, even said Yes Ma’am to my toddler! Such a friendly, respectful group that deserves a shout out.“

“1st time here and let me tell you the food was 20/10, good taste for sure.
Manager Mr. Charles was very helpful and he welcome us and told us about their specialties.
