Food was great but the manager was amazing! I was there before 3pm and he was encouraging and helping his team so much! Kudos for sure to him for creating an awesome atmosphere where the employees were comfortable!

Manager and staff are rude. They will not honor prices on signs, will not offer flavors listed in giant signs in front. They constantly get the order incorrect. The food is often cold and dry. Count and check for bisquits because they will forget them. Very rude when asking for anything. They have flavor of wings posted all over the building then say you can only get it if you order online. If you are gonna post it all over the building then make it for the customer.

The guy at the register not sure his name but he had several tattoos .. treated my wife and I horribly. He acted like it was a chore to take our order. Then he didn’t get the order right on the ticket. When we asked for sauce after spending $50 he’s was only wanting to give one for 2 orders is shrimp . When she asked for more he talked to her like a dog and slammed them on the counter saying there’s only so much he can give.., when she told him he forgot her coleslaw he acted like it was the end of the world to get it for her… when I tried to talk to the manager she made it sound like it was our fault we were treated that way ..I asked for the gm and she said she was that too.. I asked for the franchise owner and she said they don’t have an owner…

I ordered through the drive thru and it was clear they didn’t care how to handle my food. It was just thrown in the bag. I had to reassemble my sandwich w sauce everywhere. I received like 9 fries after ordering a medium combo. This is the second time I’ve come and received poor service. Regardless how busy I’d expect better.

On trip one, they were out of chicken. Trip two 30 min later, the chicken they cooked was way over cooked. Very dry. Didn't get my beans and rice or my mashed potatoes. Won't go back ever again.

They seemed under staffed and a longish line in the drive through.Had some very hungry kids in the drive through and Kristin(Krystin?) was kind and engaging to the point of giving us a few fries for the little ones to munch on while we waited. It’s never expected and a rare treat to get actual top notch customer service from a fast food joint. The food was good but the service was even better!

We stood at the counter to order our food for nearly 20 minutes. They never came to take our order we have tried to eat it this location three different times and had a horrible experience every single time. I would suggest going to the one on Bell and Arden
