Why does it smell like wet mop bucket water in this place 🤢 mad my kids still.want one from here

These young people are rude. If you have the door unlocked then you are open for business. It was t like I was going to stay in there and eat my shaved ice. You have 3 people working and it takes all 3 to just tend to the drive thru? I am appalled that someone would talk to us like they did at our age. We are NOT stupid. So we left, and we will never go back. They could have made us a snow-cone, but they decided to be rude and nasty. If you are going to close the store then lock the doors! Your hours online say you close at 10pm and says nothing about just drove thru being open after a certain time!

Smoothie was good and got my order out at a good pace. The workers there were okay personality wise. The girl working seemed a bit too shy. The rest of the team had the same thing going on to avoid eye contact and seemed to avoid talking to people. I understand they were busy and were probably just tired. It happens sometimes.

I do agree with the other commentors about the sewage smell. I smell it every time I walk in. Hopefully, management can get this fixed soon.

I've been wanting Bahama bucks for a while I went and got a snow cone and was very disappointed they are usually very tasty but today's was all but that.. not very juicy at all not very much taste like ice .. probably won't be going back for a while

the flavors are good and there's a large selection. but the last 2 times we've gone it smelled like puke in there.

It's a good snow cone place, but in small locations, it can get really busy, and wait time is a little long

Katelynn and Markhuz were amazing the snow cones were delicious, and I see them getting the lobby together! Am excited about the new changes they are making to the place!!

Ordered one medium shaved ice and waiting 20 minutes in an empty lobby before getting a drink that was over half plain unflavored ice. The top was well flavored but quickly disappeared the further down I got. There was a pretty ungodly sewege smell in the lobby radiating out to the parking lot. Use to love coming here but it just isn't the same anymore.

Naaaasty. Walked in, it stunk so bad like sewer, our feet stuck on the floor, no screens were working for menu, it was musty, six employees and no one asked us if we needed something or to provide some sort of menu. We walked out.

First timer I love it the Red Bull fusions taste amazing. Going back again.

The absolute stench in that store is unbelievable. The smell of fabuloso and mold hit me straight in the face. I couldn’t stand in there longer than 5 minutes. Food establishments should not be using highly scented cleaners and known endocrine disrupters. They need a real overhaul on cleaning, I will not be back.
