Bahama Buck's - Amarillo, S Western St

Horrible experience. Store was absolutely disgusting. There was a rancid smell, flies everywhere, the floor made our shoes very sticky, and what looks like years of dead bugs in every light fixture. One employee was holding a condenser he picked up off the wet, nasty floor and explaining to the girls that it was still good and used for the soda machines.
Employees were all very rude. They were trying to get people to leave well before closing time. When I asked the girl taking orders about a flavor I wasn't familiar with, she treated me like I was an idiot and then couldn't tell me what it was. When I asked for a sample, both girls got angry and acted like it was a complete inconvenience. There wasn't anyone behind me, and only one other family in the store that had already ordered... we ended up throwing our snowcones away after finding weird particles in it that weren't ice.

Ordered 4 different snow cones and was very disappointed. All of them were lacking syrup. About half of the ice was still white. Not coming back.

I normally go into the drive through but decided to walk in today. After I ordered my snowcone I watched the employee touch, refrigerator doors, bottles, lids, iPads then proceeded to scoop snow into the cups with the same exact gloves she was doing all her other tasks. I notified a different team member and they seemed oblivious of the problem. This location has been improperly trained with food handling and safety.

Can’t say how the drink are because we ordered 3 drinks ( when there was only 2 other families in the store at the time), it started to get busy and they pushed our drink order and only filled orders for people getting snow cones. We waited 25 minutes then requested a refund because people who were 6 orders after us got their order and they had not even attempted to fill our drink order. This made us feel extremely under valued. Will not go back.

Employees were to busy flirting and talking to girls to even take orders they were blocking off the counter I was just there to pick up an order but couldn't get to the counter and completely ignoring anyone walking in whole family if 5 just standing there waiting to order wile girls blocked counter flitting and talking

The wait to order was long it was only 1 person in front of us and it took forever to order! Took forever to get out snow cones! Then I didnt have a problem with cash only but then they couldn't give an change because they didnt have any! If u want to wait along time to pay alot for a snowcone this place to go lol if not to somewhere else unfortunately! Snowone was okay not the best!

This location is really good. Our 3 snow cones were amazing as were our 2 red bull drinks. I will say that there was a very weird smell inside the building. Possibly spoiled milk or maybe a spoiled mop head had been used to clean last. But overall it was a great experience.

Snocones always good, but today I decided to try the Bahama sodas. This location is always out of something. Dr Pepper today. Tried Caribbean coke gross. Taste like diet coke. Guess just get snowcones. Or not.

Why in the hell does the inside of the establishment stink so bad?!?!? Have to pull my shirt over my nose while waiting for an order? Just need to know how and why it smells like a sewage drain 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Great service and very fast getting me and my families snow cones out. Would eat here again 👏

Just waited nearly an hour in the drive thru for one small snow cone. There were about six total cars in the drive thru when I pulled up so I assumed it would be 20 minutes or so but I was stuck in the order lane for over 45 minutes. The snow cone itself was good but waiting an hour is insane.

Took over half an hour to make a single small sno, thats insane I get it gets busy sometimes but I work in a restaurant and no matter how busy it got we never served food past 20 minutes, almost 45 minutes for a single small? Thats actually insane.
