I went in and ordered two meals for me and my girlfriend and no matter how many times we went up to the counter they could not get our order together and I got really ugly. But I wanted to take the time to apologize because I was having surgery the next day to have cancer removed from my body and I was just in a bad mood. As a general rule I do not act ugly to wait staff. The young lady that I was so ugly to refunded me not just for the malts but for the whole meal!! I sincerely...
I love their Strawberry Shortcake Sundae! We also get chocolate malts and ask them to use vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. They ALWAYS honor our request!!! (Yes, there is a huge difference.)
Workers are nice and courteous, Very important. They're not scooping the ice cream right so it's SO SMALL. The kids are in a hurry but the cost needs to be met by a decent size scoop Etc.
