A crew can determine the feel of a place. A lot of people don’t know that in my opinion, a crew can make the whole restaurant feel a certain way. This crew hated every customer that came through like the most look of discussed didn’t care who you were. I even even got my name wrong call me Taylor when it’s Tyler. I mean you can tell so. That is why the atmosphere is so low.
Food is good. Service was severely under-staffed, we're talking 3 people running lobby, drive-thru and kitchen, but was quick as humanly possible with very few mistakes. Atmosphere was quiet and calm for the late night and clean. I know staff was stressed but they didn't put that on me as the customer.
Is anyone else annoyed by the pull up and wait? I ordered 60$ in food.. and watch people get theirs before mine and drive off while I've been sitting in the sun.. first come first serve isn't a thing anymore... Just disrespectful understaffed people everywhere I go..

Wendy's provides efficient service with a personal touch, as seen at the Amarillo location where drive-through staff care about customers' experience and food. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, even when busy with customers. A manager at this location sets a good example by coming out to clean tables and sweep the floor, showing strong leadership. Customers appreciate the clean environment and quick service, especially compared to nearby places that can be slow or dirty. While the food quality can sometimes be improved and orders may occasionally be incorrect, such as missing sauces or wrong items, the staff are always polite and willing to help. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience is positive, and the staff's effort to correct mistakes is appreciated.
