Cactus Bar is in a good location and with the right marketing/networking would have a really good chance to come back to life. Unfortunately this is not the case. There’s only one of six bartenders up there that know how to make drinks the right way but can’t because the lack of inventory prevents it. Can’t make it right if you’re missing ingredients. Besides 2 pool tables there’s nothing to do. If you’re looking to challenge a friend or spouse in anything at all, chances are you’ll challenge each other to find a worse bar.
