Went today around 12:30 PM, peak lunch hours. The line was out into the street. It still didn't take more than 10 minutes to get up to the window AND get my food. It's absolutely delicious as ALWAYS. And today, the guy at the drive thru was an absolute gem. He had longer hair and braces. His attitude and smile were infectious. Even if the wait would have been 30 minutes, it would not have mattered by the time I got to the window because he had such good customer service. 10 stars...read full review
First time visiting this place on recommendation from local hotel staff. Couldn’t have been happier. Price was cheap, food quantity was plentiful, and speed of service was lickity split! Will be coming back when visiting Amarillo!

However you can imagine a baked potato, The Potato Factory likely has you set. We go occasionally for the hearty heaps of potato they offer and the customizable options. I usually get mine with turkey, olives, chives, and cheese. Service has been friendly and fast every time I've been. They have a dine in area but I have only done drive thru. A great local eatery.
