Ordered brisket sandwiches. Buns not heated or toasted. Soggy when meat added. Meat had no seasoning or smoked flavor at all! Barbecue sauce on table no flavor either. Threw most of it away. Cook in back with cigarette in mouth, then brought out a while sausage with bare hands to put in warmer. Potato salad only part of meal with any taste Definitely won’t return.

I have eaten here before and it has always been great! Went with my husband today and ordered carry out, the worst ham and brisket I have ever eaten.....had to throw it away and my dogs wouldn't even eat. I always loved Doug's but I'm not sure I will ever go back...I know we can all have a bad day but this was a horrible experience!!!

Unseasoned mush!!!!! They don’t even grill their ham or sausage it comes from a warming drawer and just sliced off of cheap processed meat! Dont waste your money on this horrible food!!!

Worst food I have ever had!!!! Cafeteria style slop!! Flavorless and Disgusting!!! Even their barbecue sauce didn’t have any flavor. Felt like I was eating dog food. They’re peach cobbler tasted it had been sprayed with chemicals!!!! So disappointed on all levels such a waste of money. The chopped brisket came from a drawer where it had probably been sitting for days there was no texture or seasoning. Nastiest place I have ever eaten

Excellent BBQ! Not spicy so ask for extra sauce 👍. Very small sign so just look for long red building 😊.

Not sure where all the good reviews came from. I stopped by on a Monday when coming back from CO. Tyler’s was closed. The meat was gray with little flavor. I wouldn’t even say it was mediocre. Sorry, but I won’t be back.

Don't believe the reviews. If you know SMOKED brisket, this is the last place you want to go. Probably the worst brisket I've ever had. It was... food. Literally like an oven baked pot roast. It 100% was not smoked on any pit. Zero smoke, zero flavor. In fact, it tasted like old oven baked pot roast that sat in the fridge for a week. I had to take bites of my mediocre potato salad just to cover the taste of it.

Ribs, sausage, brisket all really good. Customer service is 10 out of 10 - visit this place once and you’ll want to go back. I’ll be back for the frito pie next time! 4th generation, locally owned, nostalgic bbq joint. Say less.

This was the BEST OF THE BEST place I have EVER eaten at, the food is amazing, the vibe is amazing and, the service is amazing. This is so far my favorite place to eat at, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING HERE!

Man .... You want good brisket?? This is it. This is the most tender brisket I've ever eaten with a nice piece of fat, and they delivered to me through Uber Eats. I have driven past this place thousands of times and told myself I was going to try it one day. I am so glad I did! True Texas BBQ. And the ribs fall off the bone, potato salad was good, beans were amazing, and I even liked the Cole slaw, which I normally don't eat but this was SUPER fresh and tasty! As well the portions are generous. One plate was enough for 2 people. I will definitely be going again! ❤️
