Every time I go in, they are friendly. The serving portions are perfect. I’ve never had any issues with them.
The staff were friendly. Created a bowl that was delicious. We’re very helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this place.
I have ate at a lot of burrito shops and tried pony express tonight, and was I blown away. Had the pulled pork nachos and the best in town! Ingredients were fresh, staff was so friendly. I would 100 percent recommend

Pony Express Burritos is a restaurant with great people and outstanding, insanely good customer service. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional, creating a very family-oriented environment where they truly care about their customers. The place is very clean, though the location is small with limited tables.
The food quality is good and wonderful, tasting fresh and incredible. The flavor is phenomenal, with generous meat portions. The Barbacoa is the bomb and very good, traditional Mexican style. The 18 Chile sauce is delicious for spicy food lovers, and the smoked salsa and queso with green chili are also recommended. Specific meals like the 14” Jalapeño Cheddar Tortilla Barbacoa Burrito and the BBQ Pulled Pork Burrito with good sweet flavor are noted. Add-ons like caramelized onions and tater tots are really good. However, the steak can be chewy and lacking flavor, the rice is just ok, and the chips are thick with an oil flavor. The base price is good, but add-ons will add up fast.
