As soon as we walked in we felt a good atmosphere.
The bar was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, we had shrimp creole and salmon with a Caesar salad, with chocolate mousse for dessert , everything we tried we thoroughly enjoyed and recommend.
The service was impeccable.
I would give six stars if possible.

I’m not from Amarillo, but was in town and needed lunch. This location very clearly exceeded all exceptions.
The oysters are world class! I can assure you that you will not find better oysters in a 300 mile radius. The blue points we sampled are as good as ones you’d find at a high end restaurant in a major city on the east coast.
If you’re visiting Amarillo, I think this is a ‘must visit’ establishment for a meal.

We were told on Tuesday is the best time to enjoy the Oyster Bar.
