I’ve had many bad experiences here but keep giving them another chance, mostly because it’s around the corner from my house. But there were times where I went and without warning, they were closed and I had already placed my mobile order. took forever to ask us what we wanted, then when we got to the window we were sitting there for about 10 minutes and they were just walking around everywhere and then when we finally got our drinks, they made it wrong . the kid was on his phone almost te whole time too ignoring

I love this Dunkin! It has a great clean feeling when u walk in! The employees are super friendly as soon as u walk in the door! They were very knowledgeable about what I wanted bc I can be difficult sometimes!
