I love this Dunkin! It has a great clean feeling when u walk in! The employees are super friendly as soon as u walk in the door! They were very knowledgeable about what I wanted bc I can be difficult sometimes! Overall amazing experience!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have very good parking right infromt with 2 wheel chair access

I’ve had many bad experiences here but keep giving them another chance, mostly because it’s around the corner from my house. But there were times where I went and without warning, they were closed and I had already placed my mobile order. Other times I’ve gone, my order had either been wrong or my cold brew was essentially just water with a hint of coffee to turn it brown. I then switched to getting iced coffee. The first time I got it, order was perfect, it was strong, and gave me hope for this location again. I went this morning and ordered plain, original iced coffee with no ice. Well I got it and sure enough it was loaded to the brim with ice and tasted like hazelnut.I’m sure they’re owned by the same individual but if you absolutely must have dunkin, make the short trip to the one on Western. Otherwise HTeaO and Scooters are great alternatives
I continuously try to give this location a chance after chance, but they always fail. Today was my last day getting anything from this place. I ordered two donuts. One was good, but the other was hard as a rock and left over from the day or two days before I got it. Disgusting. Half the time, they aren’t even open anyways. I will get a milkshake, and it’s never mixed—terrible location.

Went this morning to find the lobby was closed due to low staff. Went to the drive-thru and nobody took my order and all the other cars in line had left, so I pulled up to the window in hopes someone would see me and there was nobody there. Very possible they were so short-staffed they needed a break or to tend to something else that nobody else was there to do and it just happened to be when I was there. I really feel for the employees. This company needs to do better for them. This is not their fault.I'm giving lowest stars on all as I got no food, no service, and no atmosphere.

Jumped off the highway to grab coffee only to find this place dark at 7:30 am on a Tuesday morning. What a royal pain in the a**. Pay your workers, staff your location, or at the very least update your operating hours on yelp.

This location used to be the best Dunkin in Amarillo. It is the worst now. Every time I’ve been there in the past month they would take my order, have me pay, then tell me “sorry we’re out of Blueberry Syrup” and proceed to hand me a drink I didn’t ask for. If you didn’t have the correct syrup, you should’ve told me that while I was ordering, before I paid. I didn’t pay for a plain frozen coffee. Which is what I was handed. They didn’t even ask me for a replacement, they just handed me something. The last time I went I waited in the drive through for 10 mins before hearing “wait a minute” and they never said anything else, so I pulled up to the window. Some guy looked at me then walked away, 10 minutes later a different guy took my order, had me pay, and never came back. I never received my order. I waited for at least 10 minutes before being fed up and left. I highly recommend you not go here. Ever.
