Why have a mobile app to order ahead of it’s still going to take just as long, or longer, than waiting in the drive thru. There were literally only 3 cars, but it took 15 minutes to get my preordered 2 coffees.
Hire more people. The lines are ridiculous and the coffee is mediocre at best most of the time. I use to love Dutch Bros but you guys got greedy and lowered your standards while increasing your prices.
