Everyone was friendly and fast! They repeated my order back to me, answered questions I had about the drinks and got my drink out in no time! I would recommend coming to this location. They give the full Dutch Bros experience.

Stopped here in the morning before I continued my journey driving. The guy at the window was great! It was nice talking to him, finding out we have a similar state in common. Great vibe at 7am. Always loved Dutch Bros. Drink was great per usual!

You go to a coffee place because of the flavors they have. When you order extra flavor to go in it and your all excited to get your drink. But once you taste it to find out they didn't put in the regular flavors that go in it or your extra flavor that they charged you extra for. Just a regular coffee and not even hot or served the way it shows on line, no good!
Kid-friendliness: No kid friendly same as all the other drive thru nothing different.

I'll be going back to Starbucks. They never have my order ready. It says a certain time to be here yet. Every time I get here I gotta wait another 5 or 10 minutes and the lady goes You had orders in front of you yet, I set here for 10 minutes and nobody came.

I always get my coffee with milk instead of half and half and an extra shot of espresso and it still taste like pure half and half? I don’t think they customize the drinks at all the way you ask them too its very disappointing. I want coffee not milk.

Waited in line several minutes while everyone came out to talk to their friend in a car 2 places ahead of us. When we finally got to the window our drinks were not even made yet. Our carmelizers were terrible. Several people working in there but no one doing anything.

Just very curious how.i get the same thing everything and it is never the same price🤔 Update thought about it and this morning I didn't get asked about a tip, yet my drinks were $5 more than usual, employees are making you tip them

How can you get ahold of the store? While on a short trip to help move family, my husband went for my USUAL coffee and ended up at Dutch bros 20 mins away....they did not give him what he ordered or a receipt and now I can't reach the local store to see what to do. He paid $10 for a drink that I dont want nor did I order. He has gotten me DB many times where we live and this has never happened where they gave us a blended freeze and not an iced latte. It's been 3 days and they email me back several times with suggestions such as "see the store for a remake" oh if I was in town still or had TIME, I would have....not an option and I want a refund.
I also shouldn't have to ask for my receipt, offer it to me and if I don't want it then you can trash it. Period. Thanks for your stupid suggestions that aren't helpful after 3 days of emailing to get a refund. Still no refund on the nasty blended $9.15 coffee he got me.
Please when your two lane are open, and your barista only decides to take orders out of one lane. please shut down the other lane. While we sat there and waited for her to grace us with her presence to take her order!
