Finally a Mexican restaurant that serves limonada natural. The green aguacate salsa is "chefs kiss" divine. This will definitely be a restaurant the family will frequent!!

Mimi's Cafe is a small, underrated Mexican restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the service is good. They set up a taco truck in the parking lot at night, and the tripas are always so golden and crispy. The flautas always come out perfect. The el pambazo is delicious and spicy. The pastor or adabada are recommended, and the green hot sauce is spicy and tastes good. The nut licuado is amazing. Las aguas fresca are very refreshing. Everything was good, and the salsa was definitely spicy. The beans had a kick to them also so not very kid friendly.
