Went into the KFC on Ross in Amarillo Texas to get something for my sister's trip around the Sun and they had a sign says Now hiring but when I asked they're not hiring what sense does it make to have a sign that says Now hiring it and you're not hiring nonsense or something else

Ordering went well, but I was handed the complete wrong order. (I admit I didn't check it that fast, but I wasn't expecting it to be wrong) Ended up only technically getting one item I ordered by coincidence.
Noticed during the wait, for someone else's order, one of the staff had brought their kid into the restraunt and they were causing a disturbance. Which wouldn't have helped with distractions, or been that great for people sitting in the restaurant.
