Me and my son stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We were greeted by very polite manager named Gina. I had trouble with kiosk ordering my food, she noticed and came over to help me out, with a smile on her face although I was frustrated. She even brought us our food to the table, they seemed busy but the line was moving and the workers were synchronized and getting the orders out. I'd give 10 stars for customer service if I could. For the most part, they do their best and serve out their food. Just do yourself a favor, order over the app. 9/10 you'll be in and out of the drive-thru line faster and you'll never deal with that lousy order speaker for more than 10 seconds. Give your order number and off you go.

McDonald's has gone down hill in my opinion. Their ice cream machine never works. The food just isn't the same. My kid likes it though. I do love their caramel macchiatos and Mcgriddles.Kid-friendliness: It's something quick and cheap for a special occasion treat. I wouldn't feed my child fast food on a regular basis but for a treat , it's very kid friendly
