Went through drive through. Was given fries that tasted sweet not salty. Ased for BBQ sauce recieved non. Everything was just off tasting. Had 3 people with me that ate and all felt the same.

They suck terrible service and never have the food or icecream machine working lazy workers they never have anything ready and they during breakfast its worse they always come up with dumb excuses on why they can bring the food out and I always have to pull forward Terrible service and everything

They didn't give me my food as it should be and when I returned for what I missed, the manager had a very ugly attitude as if I was asking her for a free hamburger, I just wanted my food or my money, in the end I didn't take my food or my money until the next day, if you have problems at home, leave them at home, do not take them to work

Absolutely not worth it. The worst McDonalds in Amarillo. Pulled into the drive thru and waited for 5 minutes (about) just to be told - through the drive up speaker, mind you - that they didn't have the staff available to serve anyone. Never went back.

They reached out to me to fix a order they had messed up. I really appreciate the effort of the supervisor and without any problem the employees helped me. It really made a difference .

I had to order on the kiosk machine and they were so backed up on orders mine got forgotten. This new system sucks. People wait in line and their orders should come up in order. There is no reason it should have took over 30 mins and my food came out cold.

The restaurant was not busy at all Walk in and there was no service at the registers but the employees were all in the back room on there phones. Or eating fries . Didn't see any type of a adult or manger in charge of the kids in the kitchen .so the person that called out the orders numbers could not or had trouble speaking English so couldn't understand what number he was yelling out so our food sat there.and once again the kids working was now by the registers on the phones paying no attention to the food sitting on pick up counter getting cold. The service was way below average and won't be returning
Me and my son stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We were greeted by very polite manager named Gina. I had trouble with kiosk ordering my food, she noticed and came over to help me out, with a smile on her face although I was frustrated. She even brought us our food to the table, they seemed busy but the line was moving and the workers were synchronized and getting the orders out. I'd give 10 stars for customer service if I could. Food was fresh and hot as well, no complaints here.

For the most part, they do their best and serve out their food. Just do yourself a favor, order over the app. 9/10 you'll be in and out of the drive-thru line faster and you'll never deal with that lousy order speaker for more than 10 seconds. Give your order number and off you go.
