They girl working the front was so rude acted like I was. Bothering her rolled her eyes at I will never go there again iam in the restaurant. Bussingness I would not have people like her at the front I was there Thursday at 3:00 pm.

Came in here at 7:30pm they told me they didnt have enough to make 9 pieces of dark meat fried chicken. We told them we was willing to wait they said they couldn't cook any more cause they was out of chicken. To go to a fried chicken restaurant and then to be out of chicken is just crazy. Maybe if it was Friday or Saturday or extremely busy, but Thursday on a day that not busy 2 hours before they close. If management cant be trusted to order the food for the restaurant can you really trust them to cook your food anyway? Then looking at the atmosphere they literally had a table with seats 1/2 in from the trash can. I am pretty sure that ilegal and a code violation. If it not it should be!! If management ok with sitting customer's on top of trash to eat. What are they ok with doing to your food anyway? Stay clear of this place seem like it more likely your going to get food poisoning rather than a decent meal.

Ordered four piece tender, Tenders were Small and dry. One tender was shaped like a peace sign. Looks like they added seasoning to plain chicken tenders! Macaroni and cheese look like craft out of a box! The roll was delicious and the root beer fountain drink was good! Was not worth $12,. Maybe $6.99.. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning .. kinda expensive for little chicken tenders. I should’ve took a picture, but I didn’t think I was gonna comment but after thinking about it I’m still mad.

I eat here for lunch on a regular basis. Mostly drive thru. The person at the drive thru is always pleasant and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh.

Ordered a 6 piece spicy and only got 4. They dumped all the spice on just one side of the chicken and the other side had absolutely nothing? I don't see me coming back or recommending it. Probably the opposite tbh

Ok so I order a six piece and a gallon tea, it was busy and two people working ok I understand. But when 3 extra people come from the back and its busy. Plus I get my food and have to wait a extra 10 minutes to get my tea...terrible

I like tenders, stopped by and order spicy wings by mistake. Not good at all. Then I bought the tenders more disappointed. Did not look anything like advertised nor taste good. Never sever ate at golden chicken and will never again.

The first 2 times I ate here it was really good. I was hooked on the pimento sandwich. I guess it was a fluke though, because every time after it's been disappointing in one way or another. After the first 2 visits, the pimento sandwich no longer had any sauce on it and the honey packets I asked for were never in the bag. Twice I've ordered a meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, both times they had no gravy on them. I went in once pick my online order up, to make sure I got my sauces, to see an employee sitting on an orange bucket on his phone in the kitchen right in front of the registers. He looked up at me with 0 acknowledgement and went back to whatever he was doing on his phone which was off putting to see that in a kitchen while other employees handle my food with no gloves on. The last time I went the pimento sandwich tasted like they used chicken that had been cooked earlier in the day. It was so hard, dried out, and nasty I threw it away. I also ordered jalapeno poppers and they charged me for ranch. They never used to charge for ranch with poppers. It wasn't like I asked for more than one so you'd think one would come with the poppers? Especially considering it was the only part of my meal I could actually eat after throwing my sandwich away. Seems like ever since my first 2 visits the food/service has been getting worse and worse.
