I can’t say enough good things about Polk St Nutrition. Misty has created more than just a place to grab a shake or tea, she’s built a space where people feel welcomed, valued, and at home. She is reliable, consistent, and truly cares about every person who walks through her doors. The drinks are always amazing, but it’s the atmosphere that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend supporting this business.

This place says that they are open from 8 am - 2 pm but 10 different times I have come when they should be open and they are never open. This is ridiculous! There is no way to even try the shakes and teas because they are not open when they say they should be open.

The owners are amazing. Staff is excellent. I get shakes and teas from here time to time. They are so good. They are extremely helpful when you ask questions about products. This is a must try. You will not regret it.
