I believe there were 4 or 5 servers that were working and every single one had the absolute greatest manners, even said Yes Ma’am to my toddler! “You would think that Braum's would carry single milk jugs for single use, but they didn't. So I had to order a cup of milk at the ice cream and food counter. Not a big deal, but we were in a pinch and my little one needed braum's milk because she has lactose issues.“

“Nice little place with excellent service. The service was quick and friendly, the icecream was on point. They didn't go light on toppings either. They have a rewards app that will eventually allow you to order online. Grand opening is August 15!“

“Been going to Coldstone to grab my ice-cream for years now. Always have the best selection of Ice-cream & now with the addition of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, it just adds so many more options to choice from.
Friendly customer service, always feel welcome & with the addition of a second location, I can grab my treats no matter what side of town I'm on.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their Ice-cream fix.“

“I was traveling from to New Mexico and was having the worst panic attack, I couldn't even get out of my vehicle. The wonderful gentleman at the second window was more than helpful, I didnt even get his name and now regret it! Shout out to him for all his kindness and compassion, he was great and deserves props for sure!! We need more people like him! Thanks so much!!“

“Im only giving 5 stars is because i go here at least once a week to get a snowcones but this was my first time ever getting a snowcones with a chunk of ice in the middle of it. Love your guys flavors and customer service I just didn't care to have an ice burg in my snowcones“

“I worked at Braums ice cream when I was 16 years old, as one of my first jobs in highschool! I'm 36 now, wow 20 years ago, and the restaurant, atmosphere, and food has not changed a bit! I still order a # 1 with cheese large with a large mint chocolate chip shake. So good and not so expensive! I often take my 9 year old son here for ice cream cones. Also the banana splits are perfect if your on a date and you want to share a dessert ?!
Kid-friendliness: Has the best ice cream ? flavor selection in town! Dozens of flavors to choose from. Kids love picking their favorite flavors from inside, we're they can see it get scooped and made!“

“We went there for dinner as a family, portions were big enough for leftovers! Potatoes were so good! Of course for the babies, we had to get ice cream for dessert, we got the cinnamon and pecan pie with cinnamon liege. Butter pecan is my absolute favorite. I love when they have the food truck out, to get some HOMEMADE ice cream.. Not that blue bell stuff. Good job Amanda! You’re killing it.“

“So I must admit they got me! They had a summer promotion and I could get four free cupcakes. The problem was when I got there they All looked so good that I ended up buying four more and lunch! I haven’t got to bite into the cupcakes yet, but the lunch was amazing! I was a little late so they were sold out of the turkey Reuben, but I will definitely be back to try it!“

“Absolutely love going here to indulge when it comes to ice cream! I love the waffle cones made there in the store. When u walk in that's the first thing u smell is waffle cones. I love that you can taste the flavor before u decide. This comes in handy when you have children who are indecisive. The many choices of toppings and ice cream as well as The signature collection of ice cream choices. If u can't decide what all u want just check out their signature collection and see what they have that they can make for u. I would recommend cold stone over any other ice cream store any day!!!“

“The guy who helped me with my order last night was very nice . I had a coupon and he didn't understand what it was for thru the Speaker so he kindly went out to my car and looked at the coupon and actually acted like he loved his job! Unlike in the past where i got people who came out with attitude or in a bad mood . I really appreciate this gentleman I didn't get his name all I no is that it was in the evening time around 6ish! He also went back and got me some ketchup cuz it was not in my bag when I checked it and he was more than happy to go get it for me ! I apologized for him having to go back and forth and he just responded it's ok ma'am y'all have a good night with a smile on his face ! We need more people like him.“

“Always friendly service. I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner there. Prices always fair. My only complaint is that the French fries are sometimes held under a heat lamp, but they always make fresh ones if you ask me very busy with ice cream business after supper. Grocery prices are lower than supermarkets.“
