Jimmy John's in Amarillo

“Super disappointed. I never go to this location but was on that side of town, so figured I'd just go there. I will definitely make the extra trip to literally either other one next time. More than half the toppings I ordered were missing, and there were random pieces of shredded cheese mixed in with the old lettuce they put on it too. I didn't add cheese.“

“We ordered online & it asks for names. We both got the same #11 but my husband put onions on his and I got ez tomato. But when the order arrived they were not marked. Very frustrating checking which was which. Also, ordered a cookie & a brownie. Our order came without a brownie. I called the store and the young lady told me I didn't order a brownie. That was true on the receipt but online when I checked the order a brownie was listed. I had already closed out my Google so I could not get a screen shot. So from now on I guess I have to call my order in??“

“My office is downtown so I walk to this location about once a week. I enjoy the sandwiches, but my complaint is about your delivery driver who drives the black Ford Fusion. On at least 3 occasions, I have seen this car run red lights in downtown and on one occasion almost clipped me as I was crossing an intersection (I had the right of way). I understand “freaky fast” delivery, but geez, this driver needs to chill out.“
