I was super disappointed in how little meat they've started putting on the sandwiches. I ordered the Vito, and it was the skimpiest portions I've ever seen on a jimmy johns sandwich. Just simply not ordering from Jimmy John's anymore because of this. Just not worth the already raised prices that goes with it. It's a shame.

We ordered online & it asks for names. We both got the same #11 but my husband put onions on his and I got ez tomato. But when the order arrived they were not marked. Very frustrating checking which was which. Also, ordered a cookie & a brownie. Our order came without a brownie. I called the store and the young lady told me I didn't order a brownie. What's with the hate?Moved to Amarillo in March 2021. I have probably ordered from this location a dozen times. I have always had good food. But I never substitute or cut anything either.I have never dined in. But drive thru employees have always been nice and delivery fast!
