They no longer make cakes and other desserts, they haven't for years. They just bake fresh bread daily for local restaurants and for sale to the public as well. The bread is "from scratch" with no preservitives or artificial ingredients. If you have eaten at Blue Sky, Golden Light Cantina, Spicy Mikes, Lazy Gator, Cafe Marizon, Texas Rose Steakhouse, Crazy Larry's, Bear's Burgers and Dawgs and many more well loved restaurants here in Amarillo, Canyon, Lubbock and Pampa then you have gotten your burger, sandwich, hoagie, etc on Johnson's Bread Company's bread.

Don't believe the negative reviews of this bakery. They are based on the parking lot or someone "being rude" to someone, not the quality of the bread.This bakery has been in this same location for 50+ years. Locally owned as well. They used to sell cakes, brownies, etc years ago, now they just bake bread. They supply the bread for over 30 restaurants in Amarillo, Canyon, Pampa, and Lubbock. If have ever eaten at Blue Sky, Coyote Bluff, Golden Light, Cafe Marizon, Joe Daddy's and many more well loved restaurants you have gotten your burger, hoagie, sandwich on Snow White Bakery bread. Fresh baked bread daily with no preservatives or anything artificial added
