I got some ramen from rotor city and it was amazing!! So much flavor and deliciousness , they have menu items you can’t get anywhere else in amarillo!Vegetarian options: The best falafel taco you will ever taste!
Stopped at the food truck for lunch on a Friday and got that day's special - a Tandoori Naan Wrap - and the Falafel Rice Platter. They were set up in the food truck lot at Duniven Circle, which is their main base. I took both dishes home and ate half of each for lunch and the other half for dinner. I just had the Hariyali and it was FANTASTIC! I've never had food like this before but, but was it good! It was so flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. I need to go try more of his food.
