The owner was super friendly and very hospitable, offering us free delicious chai tea while we were waiting for our meal. “First time trying, and the food was very delicious. Some of the most authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had from a truck here in Amarillo. Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of traditional flavor. If you see this truck, do yourself a favor and stop by. 10/10 recommend!“

“My wife and I found this place when we were searching for an alternative to the potato factory. Their potatoes are amazing, and will feed our family of 5 easily for $20. Then for dessert grab yourself a bubble waffle and some ice cream. You won't be disappointed. The owner is kind and gracious, and you can tell he puts pride into what he does. Best place around.“
