“My husband and I went here a couple days ago. We're new to Texas and have been looking for bomb mexican food, not TexMex food. Presentation of the food was on point, flavor was wonderful. We had the carne asada fries and wet burrito. Definitely looking forward to trying the other food they have. Wish you guys could serve lengua. The owner and his son were very nice. My husband enjoyed the great conversation with the owner.“

“The food was AMAZING!! Seated quickly, food came quick and plenty portions. Our waiter, Steven (hopefully I spelled it right), was super kind and friendly. We are not from Amarillo, but 6 hrs away. Highly recommend stopping here and eating! Great patio area, bar, and inside was neat. Clean! I would give them 10 stars if I could.“

“Tortilleria Lupita is a gem! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The chile verde gorditas were absolutely delicious and had the perfect amount of spice. The homemade tortillas were amazing—I had to buy some to take home! I can’t wait to get back to Amarillo to eat here again and stock up on more of those tortillas. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Best tacos in town! I've tried so many taco trucks and these are the best hands down. From cebolla with jalapenos (always included with the taco orders) to the tacos de carne asada *chef's kiss* We go almost every week and we've been know to go up to 2xs a week.

Parking: If all the spaces are taken up at the taco truck, you can always find parking at El Tropico or on the street next to El Tropico“

“Small hole in the wall, yup one of those places. Place needs some attention i.e. cleanup/maintenance, however the food was good and the hosts were friendly. Their food truck is also on par with the restaurant. If unsure on where to get a bite, it is worth the stop.“
