They no longer make cakes and other desserts, they haven't for years. They just bake fresh bread daily for local restaurants and for sale to the public as well. The bread is "from scratch" with no preservitives or artificial ingredients. Don't believe the negative reviews of this bakery. They are based on the parking lot or someone "being rude" to someone, not the quality of the bread.This bakery has been in this same location for 50+ years. Locally owned as well. They used to sell cakes, brownies, etc years ago, now they just bake bread. They supply the bread for over 30 restaurants in Amarillo, Canyon, Pampa, and Lubbock.
