We ordered through the drive thru, our order was wrong so we went in to correct our missing items Jennifer was very rude and argued with us and when she finally stopped arguing with us she let us know they didn't have what we were missing to even make us.. Jenifer was very rude and hateful and our experience there wasn't good!

I went inside and ordered the special 8 piece drums and thighs for $10 and I asked for extra crisp,when I get home I checked the chicken and it was not extra crispy but original,and it was thighs and wings instead. This is the second time this has happened,I asked for extra crispy and I get original. Whats up KFC your about to lose a customer.

Soapy, watery gravy. Tasted dirty. Mac and cheese tasted like it was from a box, totally different than Coulters. Ordered Dr pepper w/cream and a lemonade w/cream, and got two dr peppers. She insisted I ordered two of them before when looking at the receipt. Then when I got home, had received two spicy sandwiches instead of one regular and one spicy.

Ordered a family size bucket meal of chicken, cashier assumed I meant tenders and when I took the bucket back to the counter the cashier said she couldn't do anything about this since it already touched the counter. So I had to take the tenders because of her misunderstanding what I meant by a family size bucket of chicken. Won't be returning to this site.

Ordered a bowl. It was mostly gravy. Potatoes were the same consistency as the gravy. Chicken was way overcooked. This was lunchtime. Service was good, though.

The food is not the problem. It’s the customer service. We were traveling though on a road trip and my son threw up in the car, we went to use the bathroom so he could change. It was toward the end of the day and the young lady who worked there was in front of the bathroom doors. I told her we needed to use the bathrooms, and she said “I’m cleaning them right now.” I looked at my son, who is covered in vomit and told her “it’s an emergency, my son needs to change his clothes” she looked at me and just repeated herself, saying “I’m cleaning them”. She proceeds to go into one of the bathrooms. There was no cleaning cart in sight, I’m not sure what her deal was. But I cannot understand how someone can see a child who needs help and just not have any compassion on them. It would be one thing if it was his shirt. But his pants were soaked and he needed a private place to change. You can’t clean two bathrooms at once, and no one else was in the place. She was rude and unkind. I would never come here again after dealing with her.

Wow just wow! This is drive thru. Ordered 3 piece, crispy 2 wings, 1 leg, mashed potatoes, Coleslaw. 1 chicken sandwich not spicy. They repeated it back to us. We received 2 legs, 1 thigh, French fries, no mashed potatoes no Coleslaw, a spicy chicken, WTH!
