Malcolm's Ice Cream & Food

Burger had great flavor. Chicken strips was tasty but a bit to crunchy hard on the outside. French fries are really good. Service was a 3.Hotfudge cake is fire. Now you can get a mini perfect size.

Went to Malcolm’s tonight. Waitress got all our drinks wrong. We ignored that. Half of food was wrong. We ignored that. Waitress came to take ice cream order. While I was telling her my order she screamed at the top of her lungs something to I have no idea to who. It was so loud. I looked at her and said “Really?” She replied”I m only doing my job.i had to tell kitchen something” Since when do you YELL at the kitchen while you taking an order. It was so loud that went she left another table asked us what we did to get yelled at. Totally inappropriate and unnecessary. Then we watched her go over and tell the other staff. So now she rude, inappropriate and childish. I think we will take a break from Malcolm’s for awhile. Maybe some manner training is in order.

Wow, the food was absolutely delicious and the ice cream was scrumptious. Thank goodness I don’t live near this place otherwise I’d have to buy new clothes?.

Don't know how anything was. Sat 20 mins and people that came in right after already got there food and we couldn't even get a drink order. Not even a waitresses out of all 4 there wouldn't even come to the table but all would sit there and stare at us. All were just walking around. So asked for the manager and talked to Ericka and told her about it and all I could get was I am sorry about it. Come to find out our waitress was named maddie. So if you have a server named Maddie don't plan on being waited on. Had to end up leaving bc of no service. No point in just sitting there when I have a kid to feed.WORST SERVICE EVER IN AMARILLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my mom here for lunch on her birthday. We were seated quickly, and the host was prompt and friendly. Our waiter was very attentive. It wasn't too busy but the food was hot and fresh! They also have a few old arcade games in the corner. I didn't get to try their dessert, but I will next time!

Their burgers and French fries are so good. Old fashioned diner type of feel. The service was friendly. We love coming here with our kids its very family friendly. The hot fudge cake is a must try for dessert.
