During college and after, we lived in Amarillo for 36 years and have been going back to see family for another 11 years....47 years of eating here. In my younger days, I was all about their daily lunch pizza buffet. In the last 10 years, we've been obsessed with their simple chefs salad... shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded ham, grated cheddar and black olives.
