The gluten free Burrata pizza came with less than a tablespoon of cheese. It was all crust and a lot of tomato sauce, with arrugala and next to no cheese. It was also cold. The service; however was excellent, as was the Old Fashioned drink.
What can I say...this place has incredible food!
The pizza is to die for! I'm from Lubbock and honestly, if it wasn't so far, I'd eat there 2-3 times a week. Service was amazing. Nevaeh, our server was so nice and went above and beyond to serve us! Ask for her! I'll be back in a few weeks to eat there again, If there were 10 stars, I'd use them!

Ordered delivery, the pizza was amazing! A bit thinner than I was expecting, but incredible flavor! So many pizza places around town have ridiculously large pizzas that taste like cardboard, barely any sauce (or bland as hell), but not Nomad. Not super greasy, Jalapeños were hot but not flavor killers, sausage and pepperoni tasted like actual sausage and pepperoni. The mozzarella logs... Good lord, when they say logs, they're not kidding. I was expecting some small mozzarella sticks, you could beat someone over the head with one of these! And just like the pizza, they tasted incredible! If you're looking for a pizza joint that makes a decent, well priced pizza, you won't go wrong checking Nomad Napoletana out. I'll definitely be going back!

Zoom in a little closer…. there it is! One of our favorite little pizza joints downtown tucked in on Polk street. Always great flavors and service.

My husband and I are a bit of pizza snobs as we have our own pizza oven and make from scratch our own crusts and mozzarella, we were expecting basic pizza.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the best smell of herbs and garlic.
The pizzas had the freshest ingredients, the crusts crispy but soft, and the fried mozzarella logs STUFFED full of cheese. Definitely worth it.
The sauces are pretty good too but why care about sauces when you get a perfect pizza?
I wish I lived in amarillo to come here more often, but sadly I was just passing through.
This is as good as my own pizza, but I didnt have to make it lol
Great pizza and very good staff behind the bar and making the food. Taylor made great mixed drinks and conversation! Will make sure to come back.

Pizza was wonderful and service and staff was above and beyond! Every single staff member was friendly. We had a margarita with pepperoni, perfectly cooked brick oven with a perfect crunch. This will be the only spot we go to for pizza in Amarillo! Go try them out!

this is our new go to place in Amarillo downtown. The service was so friendly and quick. Taylor the bartender is an absolute gem, and makes a great Aperol Spritz. It was busy when we went, but we never felt ignored. The pizza is not Napolitana style - it's better. Scratch sourdough crust, not thick and doughy rather it's light and crisp. Perfect amount of ingredients, great flavors. We split a 12 inch Margherita pizza and had the wedge salad. They will happily leave off bacon or put it on the side. It was a perfect dinner after a long day of driving. We just wish it existed in our town also!
